1. ABOUT US
This website (the "Store") is operated by Abian Caicedo Hernández, trading as Sprigly, Avenida Eugenio Rijo Rocha 53, 35500 Arrecife, Las Palmas, Spain ("Sprigly", "we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@trysprigly.com. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Sprigly After-Lunch Chews is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Sprigly does not replace brushing, flossing or professional dental care. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Contains xylitol: keep away from dogs.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND SHIPPING AREA
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, you will receive a full refund.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every month at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account or by emailing hello@trysprigly.com. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. If the subscription price changes, we will notify you by email before your next billing date.
6. SHIPPING
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
7. 60-DAY GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
The first bottle of your first order is covered by our 60-day guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to describe our product and display images as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from images. If we find an error in any information on the Store, we will correct it as soon as possible.
9. USE OF THE STORE
You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and the Sprigly brand, belongs to Sprigly and may not be copied without our permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprigly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
